Wake Up You Sleepy Heads by Peter & Ellen Allard

This is a variation of the game by Peter and Ellen Allard from their song collection Sing It! Say It! Stamp It! Sway It!, volume one.

Instructions: Sing the italicized words and perform the associated actions in parentheses.

Wake up you sleepy heads and go and find the cattle.  (stand and stretch)
Wake up you sleepy heads and go and find the cows. (hands to eyes as if searching)
The cows are lost. (drop to one knee)
The sun is set. (drop to both knees)
I think I'll rest. (lay head in hands as if sleeping)
Till the cows come home. (curl up and pretend to sleep)

WAKE UP!!! (shout and jump up)

Repeat until your knees ache! :)
